RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Pandion Media are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Pandion Media Ltd and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Pandion Media Ltd does not warrant that product descriptions, pictures or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Pandion Media Ltd itself is not as described in your order, (Sometimes we use other photos than the items shown. They are for illustration only and may not be the actual product ) your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

DISPATCH INFORMATION

We currently supply UK, Rest of Europe and Outside Europe. All items are usually delivered within 3-5 working days, but the delivery time can be up to 10 working days from dispatch at Royal Mails peak times. All dispatch and delivery times given are estimates, and we can give no guarantees on exact delivery time. Orders placed after 12:30pm may not be processed until the following working day, and orders placed on weekends may take until Tuesday to be dispatched. Our normal working days are Monday to Friday, non inclusive of UK Bank Holidays.

SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time.
