I've just signed up for FREE membership. How long does my subscription last?
Creating an account on the Wildlife Whisperer website automatically activates a 12 months FREE subscription giving you FULL ACCESS TO ALL CONTENT. However, as part of our continuing commitment to provide regular, cutting edge content we may add new zones and features to this site at any time which may require payment of a fee to view. We will notify all members via this website and our monthly newsletter of any changes we are planning. At no point will you be under any obligation to sign up for any of this additional content.
What happens after my FREE subscription period?
After 12 months you can continue to enjoy the full range of Live Cams, Videos, Forum and unique content and benefits of the MEMBERS ZONE by subscribing to a lifetime membership for a one off payment of just £14.99.
You are under no obligation to sign up after your free subscription period has expired and you will not be asked for any payment details before this time.
PLEASE NOTE: The new membership structure was introduced Monday 21st May 2012. If you purchased PLUS+ membership in the 12 months prior to this date your account has automatically been upgraded to our new LIFETIME membership. This means you can enjoy full access to the Wildlife Whisperer website without having to pay another penny!*
How do I change my membership account details?
Each time you log in the first page you will see is the 'My Account' page. This page shows you a summary of any orders you may have placed in our online shop and will show any active membership subscriptions you may have (right hand side of page). You can also access this page anytime by clicking on the 'My Account' button found at the top right of every page on the website.
The left hand menu contains a number of options....
My Account - Returns you to the summary page.
View Orders - Shows you a record of any orders you may have placed in our online shop.
Edit Account - This is one of the most important options on this page. Clicking on the 'Edit Account' button will enable you to....
- Amend your registered email address.
- Change your Forum Username.
- Add a web address for your own website (if you have one)
- Change your password
- Add/Amend your avatar (profile image)
View Wishlist - When browsing our online shop you have the facility to add products you like to your 'Wishlist'. This is a list you can share with friends and family which can be particularly useful for birthday or christmas gift ideas! Clicking on the 'View Wishlist' enables you to review and amend any items you have added to your list.
Address Book - This is where you can amend your billing address and add/amend a delivery address.
Members Dashboard - Takes you to the main Members Area and all its unique 'Members Only' content.
View Subscriptions - Lists details of all your active membership subscriptions.
Advertiser Statistics - This is for WILD PLACES members who advertise on our WILD PLACES interactive map and displays details about the effectiveness of their profile page.
Create/Amend Student Login - This is for EDUCATION members only and allows the teacher to amend the login information for their students so they can access our 'STUDENT ZONE'.
You can access the 'My Account' page at any time by clicking on the 'My Account' button found at the top right of every page on the website.
