5.11 Clothing - Shirts and Cargo Pants

Its not enough for a shirt to be green, it has to be the RIGHT green. There are so many that get it wrong, just a bit too much lime, too pale, or just plain yuk.

5.11 get green right, in their shirts and their trousers. But there’s much more to this kit than the colour.

The shirt comes in a medium weight cotton, or a light mixed fabric. Both have the same features of pockets galore, effective sleeve straps (to keep them in place if you roll them up)and an ample length (so when you tuck them in, they stay in). They are also really well ventilated with a flap over the shoulder and back that allows airflow but doesn’t compromise comfort or heat.

The trousers are great too. They come in the same fabrics as the shirts and are a pocket fest without looking like bulky cargo pants. They are tough and super comfortable too, with careful attention paid to every detail from the zips on pockets to the flexibility on the leg if you are climbing up a steep hill or sitting.

As a top layer in reasonable conditions both are fab.
